My poorman's tupperware (Cool Whip, cottage cheese, sour cream, etc. containers) are kinda nice for when something gets left in the fridge too long and becomes a science experiment though. I don't fret over tossing the whole thing, container and all, in the trash. This becomes a bigger deal when you don't have a garbage disposal, I think.
