It's official. School is out. Summer is here. And we've received an invitation to our first official BBQ of the season. I'm taking dessert.

My husband loves the mint & chocolate combo, too. He goes CrAzY for Dove's mint choc ice cream, but it's sooo hard to find (for us anyways!) I'll just have to surprise him with one of these pies...
