Egg-cellent

Eating local is all the rage and granted, I'm all for it but it isn't always easy. This weekend I discovered a supplier that will make it possible for me to have fresh eggs delivered weekly.
I'll be purchasing a dozen eggs each week from a local teenage boy. He delivered my first dozen tonight. $1/dozen including delivery. Eating local and supporting a young entrepreneur.

Hey, would you consider doubling your order and passing me a dozen? Or would the kid travel out my way? I've always gotten eggs from my mom but her chickens are getting old and not laying as much these days. I come close to getting my own chickens every spring ... one of these years I'm going to make good on my threats.

Sure thing. I'm not sure what day he's coming this week since we'll be at a swim meet on Wednesday. I'll find out thought and get a dozen for you.
