post-holiday snack plate

I enjoy the rich and sugar laden treats of the holiday season as much as the next person. I also know when I've had too much of a good thing. So does the rest of my family. Enter the post-holiday snack plate of vegetables.

Within 24 hours of preparing, it was empty. Add a bit of ranch dip for dipping or pair peanut butter with the celery and it disappears. In a hurry.

What does your body crave after sugar overload?

Same thing! I had carrots and celery yesterday with my lunch of french onion soup. Light...and delicious!

Well, it isn't that, but I'm definitely craving something lighter and healthier. The trouble is, I have vacation brain and can't think what it is I need. I needs my veggies in some yummier, more enticing form.
