This week Lawman has a different work schedule due to attending a 3-day class which means he will be at the dinner table with us every evening except Monday. This is quite a treat!
Here's what we'll be eating...
Monday - Tuna patties, roasted potatoes, sauteed spinach
Tuesday - Oriental Chicken Legs (crockpot), rice, carrots and peas
Wednesday - Hamburger gravy* over mashed potatoes, green beans
Thursday - Tacquitos*, Cheese Grits*, salad
Friday - Honey Glazed Chicken Stir Fry* with rice and veggies
(*) indicates a new recipe. I'll provide a review of them next week with links if they're worthy.
